Wanderings and Free Falls in California

I was just in California. The Golden State. My boyfriend lives out there and so for a few sunny, breezy days I was there with him. Just to be able to feel his warm smooth cheek next to my cheek again was bliss. I miss him with every fiber of my being everyday that we're apart. However I have some small hope that he will come back to me soon, if God smiles on us and things go our way. We'll see.
Of course stand cheek to cheek was not all we did or else I would have had to name this entry something else. Skydiving was also involved. From a height of 15,000 feet we were in free fall for 70 seconds. It was the most amazing, mind-blowing thing I have ever done. I highly recommend it to anyone, thrill seeker or not.
I don't really consider myself a thrill seeker or a dare devil, although I guess to some people's minds one would have to be in order to throw oneself from a plan. Honestly I just want to seize every chance I am given and never pass up any opportunity. And what an opportunity. Not only to skydive but to do it in such a beautiful state.
